•All confirmed reservations require a credit card guarantee, however during certain peak periods part of or full payment may be required at time of booking. If a deposit is paid by cheque or money order this must be received within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation. If deposit payment is not received within 7 days, PE Resort PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel the booking. Confirmation and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the passenger accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

| Cancellation Policy: |
•The general cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid one nights accommodation charge. However during certain peak periods the cancellation policy may be changed, this will be advised at time of booking.
•No shows and cancellations after check in – will be subject to an accommodation charge of one night, however if after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation & decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any is at the discretion of the property management. |
